I used DocBook to document the project as it enabled me to correctly format the document, and easily convert it into both pdf and html format. Although for the purposes of this project a html document is unnecessary, I intend on releasing the project to the open source community which will require documentation for such a release.
I used the XML DocBook schema for the writing of this document which is a language I had until now not known. In fact one of the reasons I choose DocBook was because it meant learning XML.
